Become a Certified Personal Trainer with SCF Workforce Solutions
SCF is offering an online, self-paced personal training certification course in partnership with the World Instructor Training Schools.
State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) is offering an online, self-paced personal training certification course in partnership with the World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.) from Jan. 23 to March 20. The class includes two in-person sessions: an exam review on Saturday, March 13, and an exam on Saturday, March 20, at SCF Bradenton, 5840 26th St. W., in Building 18, Room 102. To register, visit SCF.edu/CCDenroll, click on the link labeled Health in the left-hand column and select Fitness Certifications.
Participants can expect hands-on practical labs during the course and access to a national pool of employment opportunities upon completion. Program internships may also be available. The fee for the course and certification exam is $749, not including the required textbook.
