Bradenton Halloween 2020: Share Your Decorated Yard Photos

BRADENTON, FL — Share your Halloween spirit with Bradenton Patch. We want to see how you celebrate this spooky season.

Are you known in your neighborhood for your creepy yard decorations? Maybe you have the best jack-o-lantern-carving skills on the block? Have you found unique ways to hand off candy to trick-or-treaters with touchless delivery?

Despite the uncertainty and instability of the COVID-19 pandemic and 2020 in general, Patch wants to bring friends and families together — safely, from a social distance, of course — to celebrate this Halloween season. We're compiling a list of Bradenton-area yard haunts and we want to include your home.

Send us an email with a photo of your creepy décor if you want to be included on our list. We'll be compiling a list of kid-friendly decorated yards ideal for safe stops on the Halloween trail this year.

IMPORTANT STUFF: Only submit photos you have taken yourself or are authorized to post on Patch. By submitting a photo, you're giving Patch permission to publish it for this feature and future stories.

In your email, make sure you include:

• The exact address of your decorated yard.
• Dates and hours that you encourage admirers to drive by.
• The name, if you have one, of your haunted yard.
• What sets your decorations apart from other yards.
• Any additional information, including whether you're collecting donated funds or items for charitable organizations.
• Social media sites dedicated to your decorations.
• A phone number, just in case Patch staff needs to give you a call.
