Prankster Arrested After Giving Wedgies Outside Theater, Police Say
Charles Ross is a YouTube celebrity, known for kissing strangers and filming their reactions. He may have gone too far by giving wedgies to strangers as his friends filmed him.

Bradenton Police have arrested an 18-year-old Bradenton man on battery charges after he was accused of giving strangers wedgies outside of a local movie theater.
Charles Ross has filmed himself on Anna Maria Island kissing strangers, doing the trust test with strangers and even panhandling in reverse by giving people dollars on street corners because he's doing well.
He has posted his videos on YouTube. But he apparently went too far with his latest pranks after several people complained that they were embarrassed when he gave them wedgies outside of a movie theater.

ABC-7 reported that Ross, who has received more than 400,000 hits on his kissing strangers video was arrested after:
Police say Ross grabbed people by the back of the pants and pulled them up, hard. Several victims said they were too embarrassed to press charges.

According to the Manatee Sheriff's Office website, Ross, who will turn 19 on Sunday, was arrested Jan. 13 on charges of battery with non-serious injury. He was released on a $750 bond.
