Bradenton PD Partners With Local Businesses For 'Safe Kids Fair'
The 4th annual safety fair is slated for tomorrow, October 1 beginning at 9 a.m.

The Bradenton Police Department is proud to partner with several local businesses, community partners, public safety agencies, and Westminster Presbyterian Church who will host the 4th Annual “Safe Kids Fair,” which will be held on October 1, 2016, 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., at 3011 19 th Ave. West, Bradenton, FL. This is a FREE event for the public, with an emphasis on children between 5 - 11 years of age.
The public safety agencies of the City of Bradenton and Manatee County will be providing free information on how to keep our children safe. Children will be able to learn about bicycle safety. There will be useful information on home, pool, and beach safety as well. Child Identification Kits will be provided by the Society of Retired FBI Agents. Home Depot will be present to demonstrate projects that kids can build. A Bayflite helicopter will be on display, along with the Bradenton Police Department S.W.A.T. Armored Rescue Vehicle (ARV).

Additionally, there will be free items distributed from local businesses, raffle prizes will be drawn, and there will be food and refreshments available.
