Celebrate SCF Music Program During Spring Graduation Recital

SCF Music Program graduates will hold their Spring Graduation Recital at 7:30 p.m. Monday, May 3

State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota’s (SCF) Music Program graduates will hold their Spring Graduation Recital at 7:30 p.m. Monday, May 3. The public is invited to watch via a free livestream at Facebook.com/SCFMusicProgram.

The audience can enjoy student-selected top performance pieces for this final recital including:

  • Henley Connor, drums, and Isaiah Gomez, guitar, performing Horace Silver’s “Nica’s Dream.”
  • Isaiah Gomez, guitar, performing Wayne Shorter’s “Infant Eyes.”
  • Aaron D’Zurilla, violin, performing J.S. Bach’s “Partita No. 2 in D minor, BWV 1004.”
  • Nick Vagn, trombone, performing Steven Verhelst’s “Devil’s Waltz.”
  • Chloe Armentrout, clarinet, performing Mozart’s “Clarinet Concerto, K. 622.”
  • Rickey Tedesco, tenor, performing Tom Kitt’s “I’ll Save the Girl” and Vincenzo Bellini’s “Vanne, O Rosa Fortunata.”
  • Silvia Hernandez, soprano, performing Vincenzo Bellini’s “Ma rendi pur contento,” Amy Beach’s “Ah, Love, But a Day!” and Johannes Brahms’ “Botschaft.”
