Chanukah, Oh Chanukah, Temple Beth El Lit the Menorah
Lighting the Chanukah Menorah as a Family at Temple Beth El Bradenton Lakewood Ranch

The Jewish community of Manatee County, came together last week to celebrate the miracle of Chanukah. During the Shabbat Service at Temple Beth El Bradenton Lakewood Ranch, all the attendees gathered around a table filled with Chanukah menorahs and lit the candles all at the same time. “It is a beautiful service that I look forward to every year” stated Dr. Robyn Spirtas, Temple Beth El President. Lighting a special candelabra is traditional when celebrating Chanukah, the festival of lights. One candle is lit each night of the holiday. Temple Beth celebrates the Jewish holidays and looks forward to having all Jews, interfaith couples and those that would like to learn more about the Jewish Religion join them. The Synagogue is located at 5150 Peridia Blvd E. which is just off of State Rd 70, between 301 and Lockwood Ridge.
