I-275 Ramp In Manatee Closed For 10 Months

Before you try to access Interstate 75 from Interstate 275 in Manatee County, take note.

MANATEE COUNTY, FL -- Before you try to access Interstate 75 from Interstate 275 in Manatee County, take note.

Starting this week, Florida Department of Transportation contractor Cone & Graham Inc. will be replacing the concrete bridge deck on the southbound I-275 ramp to northbound I-75 in Manatee County.

This work requires traffic on southbound I-275 going north on I-75 be detoured at the U.S. 41 exit. Traffic continuing past the U.S. 41 exit will be required to exit I-275 at the southbound I-75 exit.

The closure will remain in effect for approximately 10 months.

Motorists should follow the established detour route and plan additional travel time.

For I-275 southbound traffic to northbound I-75, detour north on U.S. 41/South Tamiami Trail to State Road 674/East College Avenue. Follow S.R. 674/East College Avenue to northbound I-75.
