Rolling Stones Front Man, Girlfriend Moving To Manatee County

LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL — Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger and his girlfriend Melanie Hamrick, a former ballerina with The American Ballet, are moving to Manatee Couple. The couple has purchased a $1.98 million home in Lakewood Ranch.

They chose the area for its privacy, as well as the proximity to Hamrick’s family, said a spokesperson for Michael Saunders & Company, the listing agent on the home at 15809 Clearlake Ave.

The four-bedroom Mark Rutenburg estate, which is situated on a sprawling .35-acre peninsula lot with lake views, sold on Oct. 28, the spokesperson added. The couple purchased the property without visiting it in person. Instead, they relied on virtual tours and sending representatives to check it out on their behalf.

The home is located in the exclusive, gated Lake Club, according to the home’s flyer from the listing agent.

The 77-year-old rock start and the 34-year-old former ballerina have been dating since 2014. They have a four-year-old son together and reportedly plan on making Florida their home base.
