While 25 percent of Manatee County's registered voters cast their ballots in early voting, election day is still a big day. Most voters still come out on the the traditional election day to cast their ballots, whether it is to avoid long lines at early voting or to see their friends and neighbors at the polls and of course there is always procrastination at work.
