Three Injured In Car Crash at US 301/University Pkwy
Unknown car left the scene of the crash, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

Florida Highway Patrol is searching for a vehicle that left the scene of a crash Tuesday afternoon that injured three people on southbound U.S. 301 north of University Parkway.
The unknown vehicle on southbound U.S. 301 in Manatee County approached University Parkway in the right lane around 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, and changed into the left lane directly into the path of a 2003 Saturn Ion, according to Highway Patrol.
The driver of the Saturn, Shonise Tierra Domino, 24, of Sarasota, swerved to avoid a crash with the car, but lost control and drove into a ditch in the median, according to Highway Patrol. The other car never stopped.

Domino, and a passenger Ronald Cain, 30 of Sarasota and a 7-year-old girl were all sent to Lakewood Ranch Medical Center for minor injuries according to Highway Patrol.
