Vice President Joe Biden told a crowd in Sarasota that President Obama is all about character, unlike his opponents who are trying to win their campaign with lies and fear tactics.

Saying he brought out the "good Biden" today, he focussed on specificss about the middle class, women and jobs in America. He reminded the crowd that the economy is coming back and that companies are adding jobs.
