Water Main Break Closes Manatee Avenue In Bradenton
Pavement damage to Manatee Avenue at 10th Street West is being repaired with the goal having westbound through lanes open today.

BRADENTON, FL – Pavement damage to Manatee Avenue at 10th Street West is being repaired with the goal having westbound through lanes on Manatee Avenue open by the end of the day, weather permitting.
The damage was caused by a water main break last week and the lanes are being repaved.
The turn lane to southbound 10th Street West from Manatee Avenue and 10th Sttreet West at the intersection with Manatee Avenue will remain closed until repair to the water main break is completed. The water main repair is estimated to be done by the end of next week.

According to Public Works Director Jim McLellan, there are no boil water alerts associated with this water main break at this time.
