What Should Go in This Shopping Center?

Developers have planned to build a new shopping center at the corner of State Road 70 and Lockwood Ridge Road in Bradenton for years now.

A long-shuttered Winn-Dixie grocery store sits empty on the 26.5-acre property, along with signs from developer Adler Group advertising spaces for lease in the future "West Lakes Plaza Community Shopping Center."

Not far away, a new 45,000-square-foot Publix is being constructed, the Sarasota Herald-Tribune reports, right next to a CVS.

So we want to know: If it were up to you, what would you like to see built at the site of the old Winn-Dixie? What kinds of businesses does the area need? What would be successful here?
