Wow House: Florida Billionaire's Beverly Hills Mansion Most Expensive in U.S.

The home has and asking price of $195 million.

Jeff Greene isn’t just one of Florida’s richest men, he’s also the owner of the most expensive house on the market in America today.

Greene’s sprawling Palazzo di Amore (palace of love) can’t be found in the Sunshine State, however. The 53,000-square-foot monstrosity is located on 25 acres of land in Beverly Hills, Calif.

“The prestigious residence, with its perfectly-conceived architecture, represents both majesty and family,” its listing on Zillow.com states. The home has parking for about 150 cars. It also has its own theater, disco, bowling alley, wine cellar, wine producing vineyard, pool, spa, tennis courts and guard house.

Zillow estimates monthly mortgage payments for the massive 12-bedroom, 23-bath estate at $784,820.

The home is the most expensive on the U.S. market right now, the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Greene, 59, is a self-made billionaire worth an estimated $3 billion, according to Forbes. He hails from Palm Beach, but owns properties not only in Florida, but also in New York and California.
