Brandon Chick-Fil-A to Close For Most of May

If you're among the thousands of people who line up weekly at The Chick-fil-A at Lake Brandon Village for chicken sandwiches, waffle fries or a banana pudding milkshake, you might want to sit down. 

The popular local eatery will be closing tonight, May 3. But the owners promise to reopen the doors in a few weeks.

"Starting tonight at the close of business we will start working on remodeling the inside. With that said, we will be closed for business until May 29th," was the message posted on the store's Facebook page.

If you can't wait a few weeks to get you Chick-Fil-A fix, there are two other stores not far away.
