Cigar City Brewpub: Meet the Brewer

Cigar City opened on West Spruce Street in 2009. In 2013, they threw open the doors to a brewpub in Carrollwood where they focus on "small batches of innovative products," says Head Brewer Tim Ogden.

The business shows that wine isn't the only adult drink that pairs well with food. Creativity is key for Ogden, too.

"If we have an idea, we just try it — go for it," he said.
