Colliers International handles 24,000-square-foot lease for Iron Bow Technologies’ new Tampa office

Tampa, Fla. (Oct. 3 2016) – Iron Bow Technologies, LLC, one of the nation’s leading providers of technology and related service support solutions, has leased a 24,000-square-foot office space in North Tampa. The space will serve as a client service center, which is expected to bring approximately 170 new jobs to the Tampa Bay area.

Mia Jarrell, MCR, Managing Director of Office Services with Colliers International Tampa Bay, and Paul Carney, Senior Vice President with Colliers International Washington D.C., represented Iron Bow Technologies in the lease. The landlord is Liberty Property Limited Partnership.

Iron Bow provides a broad range of IT and client service solutions for government, healthcare and commercial clients. The company was established in 1983 and has annual revenues of more than $800 million.

Iron Bow is currently headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia with offices in Colorado, Washington, Maryland and Hawaii. The company plans to invest more than $500,000 in the new Tampa office, which is expected to open November 1.

“Iron Bow chose to enter the Tampa Bay market because of the area’s excellent reputation among tech-related companies, as well as its central location,” said Colliers’ Jarrell. “This property provides the company with the amount of space and flexibility it needs to establish a strong presence in this region.”

Iron Bow’s Tampa office will be located at 4502 Woodland Corporate Center, Suite 105, in Tampa.
