Deputy's Wiffle Ball Swing Scores Points with Kids
He took a few moments out to hang with a group of kids who watched him perform a recent traffic stop.

While law enforcement officers throughout Florida have been making headlines saving kittens and dogs, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Cpl. Bryan Taylor decided to take a swing at making a positive impression on a group of kids recently.
Taylor had just finished a traffic stop in the Carrollwood area earlier this month when he noticed a group of boys, who had been playing street ball, were watching him.
“Taylor couldn’t help but to take a few minutes and join the fun with the boys,” the sheriff’s office Facebook page said.

Taylor spent some time showing off his cruiser – and its lights – and then joined the boys for an impromptu game of ball on their cul-de-sac. A neighborhood mom caught the deputy in action on video, which she shared with the sheriff’s office via Facebook.
“Great swing Corporal Taylor,” she wrote on her Facebook post.

That swing, as one of the boy’s pointed out, dented the ball.
“Not too bad for an old man, is it,” Taylor is heard asking on the video.
