FREE Annual Physical, Pap Smear & Labs for Uninsured Women Over 18

Guiding Star Tampa, a comprehensive women's healthcare practice in Lutz, offers FREE Annual Physical, Pap Smear AND Labs for uninsured women over 18. All women who do not have Medicaid or private insurance are eligible. Patient must have a state issued photo ID to participate.

If your employer doesn't offer healthcare coverage or you are in between jobs, this is ideal for you. Also women who use Medi-Share, Liberty HealthShare, Samaritan, Medical Cost Sharing, or other medical "share cost" type coverage are eligible.
