Holy Hog Barbecue Opens in Carrollwood
The new eatery features "hometown barbecue" with all the fixings.

Carrollwood area residents with a craving for barbecue have a new place to turn.
Holy Hog Barbecue has officially opened its doors at 11417 N. Dale Mabry Highway. The new eatery is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays.
Its menu features traditional barbecue favorites, including pulled pork, St. Louis ribs, smoked chicken and Texas style brisket. Sides include fried okra, black eyed peas, corn fritters, coleslaw and fries, among other options.
