Pranique to Build Community Meditative Labyrinth

Pranique invites community to help build Meditative Labyrinth on Saturday, October 21, 9am-2pm

Pranique Healing and Wellness Center invites you to a very special event to be part of our history. Join the center on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 9am-2pm and help create the community’s first Meditative Labyrinth. Uproot some grass and bring a stone to lay to represent you in our community Labyrinth.

A universal ancient pattern found in all cultures, a Labyrinth is a place to escape stress and quiet the mind, where psyche meets spirit. Unlike a maze, it is a single circular path that winds its way to the center. Used symbolically, as a walking meditation, it can be used by anyone, as a means of self-reflection, holistic healing, meditation and peace work.

Typically, there are three stages to walking the Labyrinth.

Symbolically, you take back out into the world that which you’ve been given.

Research has shown commonly reported side effects from walking a Meditative Labyrinth include decreased agitation and anxiety, more centeredness and clarity, and a sense of peace. In all, most felt that the walk provided to opportunity to re-energize, re-focus and nurture the soul.
