“The COVID-19 pandemic is challenging daily life as we know it, and Florida’s healthcare professionals are operating on the frontlines of this crisis,” said Andrew Hall, regional director, AT&T External Affairs. “With those in mind that leave their families every day to help others, the AT&T Foundation is proud to team up with Project FRONTLINE to provide for local medical professionals and the people they are helping. These brave men and women represent the best of us, and we are happy to offer our support.

More than 200 meals have already been delivered to medical staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, and 200 more will be delivered to another Tampa area hospital in the coming weeks.

AT&T is also supporting physicians and nurses nationwide with 3 months of free wireless service on the FirstNet network. FirstNet is a VIP lane for public safety communications. Regardless of how heavy network use is, first responder calls and data are prioritized on FirstNet, keeping those on the frontlines connected when they need it most.
