Tampa Bay Lightning To Host NHL Centennial Fan Arena Tour
Amalie Arena will play host to the touring show that celebrates the 100th anniversary of the National Hockey League.
TAMPA, FL – While the Tampa Bay Lightning are celebrating its 25th anniversary season, the National Hockey League is celebrating its 100th year of existence with a tour of NHL cities.
Amalie Arena will host the NHL Centennial Fan Arena Tour from Thursday, Dec. 7 to Saturday, Dec. 9 in the Silver Lot next to Ford Thunder Alley.
Attendees can immerse themselves in NHL history, which dates back to 1917, with the walk-through NHL Mobile Museum. The Stanley Cup, which predates the NHL by several decades, will also make a guest appearance. The Lightning’s own Stanley Cup hero, Ruslan Fedotenko, who scored two goals in Game 7 during the finals, will sign autographs on Dec. 9.
