Clearwater, Largo Police Trade Firearms For Bats In Charity Game
The Clearwater and Largo police departments will take to the softball field Saturday for the 16th Annual Charity Softball Challenge

CLEARWATER, FL -- The Clearwater Police Department and Largo Police Department will take to the softball field Saturday afternoon for the 16th Annual Charity Softball Challenge.
The game is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. at Spectrum Field in Clearwater. Tickets are $20 and include admission to the softball game, a Clearwater Threshers game against the Dunedin Blue Jays afterward, free food and drink from 5 to 7:30 p.m. and a fireworks show after the Threshers game.
A silent auction will also take place.

Proceeds from the game benefit Suncoast Law Enforcement Charities Inc., an organization that helps family members of fallen or injured officers. Tickets will be available at the gate.
