Super Bowl: Takeout, Catering Party Platter Deals

TAMPA BAY, FL -- If you're like most Americans, you'll be glued to the television during Super Bowl VIII. Where that TV is located is a matter of preference.

If you'll be rooting for the Rams on Sunday, you're in good company. According to a Sports Illustrated and PCMag Super Bowl Tech Trends Survey of Florida football fans, the Rams are the favorite to win in the Sunshine State.

Nationwide, the Rams are the top choice in 22 states while the Patriots are the favorite in 15 states.

As for Game Day snacks, chicken wings continue to be the top choice of football fans.

Clearwater-based Hooters is hoping to take advantage of this trend by giving fans who order its chicken wing platters a chance to win a Sharp 55-inch Class Smart 4K Ultra HD TV. There will be one winner at each of its 24 Tampa Bay locations.

You can order your Hooters wings to go in advance by calling your local Hooters. Guests who pick up their wings before 3 p.m. on Feb. 3 will receive 20 percent off their next visit.
