Tropical Wave Expected to Affect Florida Next Week

The National Hurricane Center is monitoring a tropical low pressure system that was just east of Barbados Thursday.

Floridians should keep an eye out to a disturbance out in the Atlantic.

The National Hurricane Center in Miami is tracking a tropical low pressure system about 350 miles east of the Lesser Antilles nearing the Caribbean.

The system is disorganized as of Thursday, but forecasters expect it to enter an area more favorable for tropical development by Monday when it is expected to reach the Bahamas.
