If your family has a visit planned to a local pumpkin patch in the Dunedin area, we have a list of stands open in the area. And here's a look at the weekend weather forecast to help you plan your trip.
Friday night is your best bet for pumpkin hunting. The temperature should be around 75 degrees with 80 percent humidity. There will be a few clouds but no rain predicted.
A visit to the pumpkin patch Saturday morning is also a possibility. There's a 50 percent chance of thunderstorms, but they're expected to hold off until the afternoon. The temperature will rise to 89 degrees with 72 percent humidity.

There may be some thunderstorms off and on Sunday but, overall, it should be a nice day to visit a pumpkin patch with light winds and temperatures reaching 76 degrees with 86 percent humidity.

- Heritage United Methodist Church, 2680 Landmark Drive, Clearwater, will host a pumpkin patch Oct. 10 to 31. The pumpkin patch will run from noon to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 10 and then Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
- Gallagher's Pumpkin Patch, 7401 4th St. N., St. Petersburg, is open through Oct. 31 seven days a week, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. It includes photo ops with Gallagher's vintage pickup truck, pies, goats and more.
- Pasadena Community Church, 227 70th St. S., St. Petersburg, will host a pumpkin patch to benefit the youth ministry starting Friday, Oct. 9 at 4 p.m. Hours are Sunday from 1 to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday from 2 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
