Dunedin Man Charged With 10 Counts Of Possessing Child Porn

DUNEDIN, FL — A Dunedin man was charged with 10 counts of child pornography after Pinellas County Sheriff's detectives recovered sexually explicit images of children from his cell phone.

Joshua Wayne Williams, 25, of Pinewood Drive was arrested at his home after detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit began an investigation in November 2018 after receiving a tip from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children.

Detectives were able to recover numerous images depicting child pornography from Williams’ personal cell phone.Williams admitted to viewing child pornography and storing the files on his cell phone.
