Dunedin Man Charged With 19 Counts Of Possessing Child Porn

DUNEDIN, FL — A Dunedin man has been charged with 19 counts of possession of child pornography after the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office served a search warrant at the home of Richard Harvey, 74, of 647 Weathersfield Drive, Dunedin, on Wednesday. During the search, detectives discovered several thumb drives containing child pornography.

Detectives interviewed Harvey at the Sheriff's Administration building in Largo, and he admitted to owning the pornographic images. He was arrested and transported to the Pinellas County Jail.
