Dunedin Parks Announces Backpack And School Supply Giveaway

DUNEDIN, FL — Dunedin Parks & Recreation is offering a back to school backpack and school supply giveaway for the families in the community.

The giveaway will be held at the Martin Luther King Jr Recreation Center beginning on Monday, Aug. 10 and running through Thursday, Aug. 13. A ticket/reservation is required for each school-age child and space is limited.

An online ticket/reservation must be made for each school-age child through Eventbrite and families are asked to limit themselves to three ticket/reservations per household.

Available Reservation Dates:

• Monday, Aug. 10, 5:15-6:15 p.m.
• Tuesday, Aug. 11, 5:15-6:15 p.m.
• Wednesday, Aug. 12, 5:15-6:15 p.m.
• Thursday, Aug. 13, 5:15-6:15 p.m.

Arrive between 5:15-6:15 p.m. at the Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Center, 550 Laura Lane, Dunedin, on your ticket/reservation date. Staff will assist you in the drive-thru pick-up. Please have your school-age child in attendance.
