Participants will stay in their vehicle and drive through Highlander Park, admiring Halloween, fall and pumpkin-themed scenes, decorations and music. Local businesses, organizations and members from the community are helping us celebrate the season and participating in this event by setting up and decorating their vehicles and trunks, and waving to participants as they drive by.
