For the more adventurous on the tour they dig in and share the whole fried fish. Whole hog fish if or snapper is served with a tomato based chowder with assorted seafood.

The less adventurous food tour guests who prefer their seafood without eyes and a tail enjoy a hog fish slider. Carb conscious and watching calories guests can opt for grilled or blackened lettuce wrap version. Hog Island sells hundreds of these sliders during their happy hour a bargain @$4.00.
