The following report shows charges associated with Dunedin residents booked at Pinellas County Jail between Aug. 3 and Aug. 9, 2013. All arrests were made by Pinellas County Sheriff's deputies unless noted otherwise.
Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime.
Aug. 3
- Nicole Ann Blanton, 40, of the 100 block of Somerset Circle, was charged with felony violation of probation for DUI and driving while a license is suspended or revoked.
- James Grenfenstette, 25, of the 200 block of Milwaukee Ave, was charged with misdemeanor violation of probation for DUI with a balance of .15 or above.
- William Thomas Presley, 39, of the 1500 block of Nantucket Lane, was charged with felony aggravated battery with a deadly weapon in Hernando County. He has been released.
- Miguel Angel Rodriguez Aviles, 34, a Dunedin transient, was charged with not having a valid driver's license and DUI. He was put into I.C.E. holding but was later released.
- Daniel Johnson Rukavina, 24, of the 700 block of Lyndhurst Street, was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, driving while a license is suspended or revoked and failure to appear for possession of marijuana. He is awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail.
Aug. 4
- Pinellas County Sheriff's have no recorded arrests of a Dunedin resident on this day.
Aug. 5
- Tiffany Michelle Currier, 29, of the 1400 block of Ruth Road, was charged with misdemeanor dating domestic battery and criminal mischief.
Aug. 6
- Juan Jose Miranda, 29, of the 200 block of Duncan Loop, was charged with felony failure to appear for carrying a concealed weapon and failure to appear for grand theft. He was released on bond.
- Sharleen D. Skinner, 36, of the 1000 block of Patricia Avenue, was sentenced for failure to appear for driving while a license is suspended or revoked.
- Frank Thomas Blainey, of the 1500 block of Pleasant Grove Drive, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly intoxication. He was released on bond.
Aug. 7
- Michael Thomas Darling, 29, of the 1000 block of Michigan Avenue, was sentenced for felony aggravated battery.
- Mark Constantine Kelly, 22, of the 1100 block of Milwaukee Avenue, was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery with victim's right of refusal. He was released on bond.
- Michael Charles Retchless, 49, of the 2200 block of Richter Street, was charged with felony violation of probation for possession of alprazolam.
- James Alexander Garris, 29, of the 800 block of Emerson Drive, was charged with felony violation of probation for false verification of ownership.
- Joseph Michael Michaud, 48, of the 800 block of Main Street, was charged with felony possession of morphine.
Aug. 8
- Christopher Lee Apple, 26, of the 1200 block of Royal Oak Drive, was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on bond.
- Justin Cory Jennings, 29, of the 2200 block of Primrose Lane, was charged with felony aggravated assault with a motor vehicle. He is awaiting trial at Pinellas County Jail on $5,000 bond.
- Jennifer Marie Waldron, 46, of the 2000 block of Douglas Avenue, was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on her own recognizance.
- Thomas Matthew Wellman, 43, of the 300 block of Mira Vista Drive, was charged with felony possession of oxycontin.
Aug. 9
- Francisco Nelson Chavez, 50, of the 1200 block of Dinner Bell Lane, was charged with misdemeanor DUI and refusing to submit to testing. He was released on his own recognizance.
- Jessica M. Frehe, 36, of the 1100 block of Palm Boulevard, was charged with felony burglary of an unoccupied conveyance and violation of probation for burglary in Pasco County.
- Justin Ratynski, 31, of the 700 block of San Salvador Drive, was sentenced with a misdemeanor charged of driving while a license is suspended or revoked.
- Rafael Rivera, 37, of the 1000 block of Ranchwood Drive, was charged with misdemeanor violation of probation for DUI. He has been sentenced.
