Get rid of unwanted and expired prescription medication seven days a week at the Operation Medicine Cabinet drop box at North District Station on Louden Avenue.
The drop box is located in the lobby for anyone to use from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., daily.
To use it, just bring the prescription medications to the front desk at North District Station, 737 Louden Ave, and law enforcement will help in placing the items in the drop box.

After the medication is dropped of it is destroyed by incineration.
What is accepted?

Any prescription drug or medicine used for people or pets, including pills, liquids, inhalers, patches and Epi-Pens.
What is prohibited?
Syringes, bio-hazards and medical equipment.
If possible, safely remove medications from bottles and place in zip lock bags. Liquids should remain in their original containers with the caps secured with tape. Remember to remove labels from the bottles and destroy them.
The program is intended for private, non-commercial use. Items from doctor offices, pharmacies or medical facilities will not be accepted.
