Seeking volunteers to enhance our programs.

We are seeking volunteers Monday through Friday to assist in our day programs and classrooms.

There are many ways to get involved with The Arc Tampa Bay. One of the most rewarding is to volunteer your time and talents to help. We have many active volunteers who help directly with the The Arc Tampa Bay consumers. You will be doing such things as assisting consumers, reading stories, helping with academic projects, playing cards, board games, calling bingo and class outings. If you have evenings or weekend time to give visits to group homes and consumers are welcome also.

Our volunteers offer dedication and spirit that provides invaluable assistance to the individuals that we serve. Our volunteers say the time they spend with our consumers is the highlight of their day.

The Arc Tampa Bay has over twenty Residential Homes, two Adult Day programs in Clearwater and Tarpon Springs and also Harborside Studios Art Gallery in Safety Harbor.

Another option is to get involved with our Advocacy Program. You can volunteer to make a difference in the life of a The Arc Tampa Bay Client just by providing one on one support and friendship. Clients benefit from simple experiences such as shopping trips and other outings.
