The program is designed for students entering 12th grade who are most likely to join the workforce straight after high school. It sets them up with paid internships across various industries and requires them to attend workshops to help them develop the skills they'll need to begin their careers. They leave the program with a resume, interview skills, and experience that gives them a headstart in their career. Over 200 students participated in the six-week program this year, working at 30 local businesses and nonprofit organizations. (Tampa Bay Times - Subscription Required | PCSB)

"I'm extremely disappointed with where we are...This is a collective setback, and ultimately this starts with me." Bench coach John Schneider has been named interim manager.
