Water Restrictions Eased in Dunedin
Above-average rainfall has allowed for watering restrictions to be eased. Here are the regular, year-round rules now in effect.

The Southwest Florida Water Management District has eased watering restrictions, because of above-average rainfall.
Here are Dunedin's year-round rules for watering:
- Addresses ending in an even number may water lawns on Tuesdays.
- Addresses ending in an odd number may irrigate on Fridays.
- Hours of water for people with in-ground sprinklers are from midnight to 10 a.m.
- If you have manual water systems, irrigation is allowed from midnight to 8 a.m., OR from 6 p.m. to midnight.
- Watering by hand can be done on any day and at any time.
- Washing or cleaning streets, sidewalks, driveways with water is banned.
