The Literacy Council of Upper Pinellas has published Welcome to Pinellas County, a guide created to help people learn of the many opportunities available in our county to learn, work, recreate, stay healthy, stay safe, and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding them. The 143-page guide, published with the support of the Pinellas Community Foundation, includes eight units:
