Burrito Bus Restaurant Hiring, Could Open This Week

The debut of Palm Harbor's newest restaurant, the "Burrito Bus Cantina and Margarita Bar" could happen late this week.

The restaurant will have a unique feature. Customers will order their food from a large yellow "Burrito Bus" that will be parked on the patio. Seating will be available outside and inside. The margarita bar and a special area where tortillas will be made will be located inside the restaurant, where you will also be able to purchase tortillas and salsa to take home.

Veteran restauranteur Chris Fragale, who also owns Ozona Blue, is hiring staff for the restaurant which is located in the Fountains shopping plaza on U.S. 19.

Fragale says he is hiring experienced servers, bartenders, prep cooks, line cooks and managers. If you can speak Spanish, that would be beneficial. Fragale says veterans are also welcome to apply for jobs.

If you want to apply for a job, stop by between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
