East Lake Fire Rescue To Host Play 'Denying Gravity'

EAST LAKE, FL -- East Lake Fire Rescue and SAGES (Senior Actors Guild & Education Services) will present a free performance of "Denying Gravity," a fall prevention play, on Sept. 1 at 2 p.m.

This unique play features Claire, a woman choosing to live life her way and let the "chips and hips" fall where they may. Heavy on humor and touched by drama, director Christine Hamacher turned "Denying Gravity
by Linda Goldman into a compelling message that falls can be prevented. East Lake firefighters will also have a small part in the play.

Sponsored by East Lake Fire Rescue and the Fall Prevention Coalition of Better Living for Seniors, this free performance will take place at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection in Palm Harbor (down the street from the fire department).
