"Trauma Alert (medic intuition)" means that patients usually have to meet a certain number of medical criteria before they are transported to a trauma center. Sometimes a patient only does not meet all of the medical criteria, but the paramedic in his/her professional opinion thinks the patient should be transported to a trauma center because of the patient's medical condition.
