Charles Brown, 38, of Tarpon Springs was arrested on felony charges of scheming to defraud and selling insurance without a license. He was bonded out for $30,000.
Kelly Brown, 34, of Tarpon Springs was arrested on felony charges of scheming to defraud and selling insurance without a license. She was bonded out for $30,000.

Harold Firth, 44, transient, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of having an open container of alcohol and two counts of possessing an open container alcohol. He was released after time served.
July 26
Eric Pellerin, 33, of Tarpon Springs was arrested on felony charges of aggravated battery, possession of morphine, possession of alprazolam, possession of methadone, two counts of sale of a controlled substance, possession of opana and possession of oxycodone. Pellerin's bond is set at $10,000 and he is currently awaiting trial at the Pinellas County Jail.
July 27
Robert Harriman, 39, of Tarpon Springs was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. He was released on his own recognizance.
July 28
Joshua Lyles, 24, of Tarpon Springs was arrested on a felony charge of domestic battery. He was bonded out for $1,000.
July 29
Steven Eskra, 43, of Tarpon Springs was arrested on misdemeanor charges of three counts of driving under the influence with property damage, criminal mischief, misuse of 911 system, resisting an officer without violence and lewd and lascivious behavior. Eskra's bond is set at $12,565 and he is currently awaiting trial at the Pinellas County Jail.
Robert Harriman, 39, of Tarpon Springs was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. he is currently awaiting trial at the Pinellas County Jail.
July 30
The Tarpon Springs Police Department recorded no arrests of Tarpon Springs residents on this day.
July 31
Owen Baynard, 64, of New Port Richey, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. He was bonded out for $250.
Anthony Cimillo, 52, of Holiday, was arrested on a felony charge of illegal dumping of litter. There is no other information available for Cimillo's case at this time.Â
Lavida Johnson, 35, of Clearwater, was arrested on a felony charge of failure to redeliver hired or leased property. She was bonded out for $5,000.
