New Port Richey Man Killed In Crash On East Lake Road

EAST LAKE, FL -- A 53-year-old New Port Richey man has died following an accident Friday morning at East Lake Road and Grey Oaks Boulevard.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 6:09 a.m. a Ford truck was traveling south on East Lake Road just north of Grey Oaks Boulevard when the driver lost control, veered toward the outside shoulder and overturned.

The driver, whose name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin, was ejected from the truck and died at the scene.
