• James Farella, 47, 12:22 p.m., Polk County warrant, violation of parole possession of cocaine, released from custody

• John Gazton Gritter, 23, 10:15 a.m., failure to appear driving while license suspended or restricted, failure to appear reckless driving, $3,026 bond

• Scott Eric Hall, 46, 8:49 p.m., DUI, released on own recognizance

• David Antonio Perez, 51, 7:25 p.m., felony battery on person 65-years-old or older, sentenced and returned to jail

• Micheal Anthony Rogers, 29, 9:18 a.m., failure to appear, $200 bond
