East Lake is usually a pretty quiet and laid back community.

But, a certain celebrity recently shook things up. Elvis Presley and a friend who looked a lot like Marilyn Monroe stopped by the East Lake Rotary Club Car Show held at John Chesnut Sr. Park on Saturday, April 27.

The pair relaxed in a bright red Cadillac and attracted quite the crowd of onlookers. Elvis was not shy at all and talked to the crowd and even sang a few tunes.
