Post-Disaster Redevelopment Plan Topic of Community Forum

You hear plenty of advice about preparing for hurricanes and wildfires, but would you know what to do after a disaster hit your neighborhood?

On Monday July 15, the Council of North County Neighborhoods (CNCN)  will host a community forum about Pinellas County's Disaster Redevelopment Plan, with the hope of getting the public involved in the idea process.

CNCN has invited Pinellas County Commissioner Susan Latvala, Pinellas County Director of Emergency Management Sally Bishop, and David Walker who is the Program Manager for the Dept. of Strategic Planning and Initiatives.

The public forum will be held at 7 p.m. on Monday, July 15 at the East Lake United Methodist Church which is located at 2801 East Lake Road in Palm Harbor.
