Ranch Road House Fire Causes 'Extensive Damage,' Officials Say

The cause of a Ranch Road house blaze early Sunday is still under investigation, fire officials report.

East Lake Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire around 4:30 a.m. at 831 Ranch Road in the East Lake area of Tarpon Springs, an unincorporated part of Pinellas County.

Fire officials report "extensive damage" to the two-story, 2,800-square-foot house.

The 1975 home owned by David and Cindi Seidel is in a residential area off of Keystone Road, just south of the East Lake Soccer Complex.

No injuries are reported.

The cause does not appear to be suspicious, fire officials say.

Fire units from East Lake, Palm Harbor and Tarpon Springs responded. 

The investigation is ongoing.
