For the first time in 85 years, Trinity College of Florida took a turn on Wall Street. With the help of their new Business Advisor, Dr. David Ober, the business major launched into the real world. Most big universities and colleges are used to having a thriving financial team. Trinity thought they should pave a way for future students, but first, they have to establish their own foundation. Monday, October 8th, 2018 will be the beginning of nationwide competitions. The Trending Tigers will go up against top-notch colleges such as; Harvard University, University of Florida, and Penn State University. From October 8th through November 5th these schools will compete with paper money to uplift and contain their choice of stocks and trades. When interviewing Trending Tigers first-year investor Derrick Jenkins, he brought up the weakness of the entire team is new to this side of the business. However, Jenkins believes the strength of the team will be their ambition and motivation to learn. To sum it all up, eagerness will be the glue of their season.
