Four handicapped persons trespassed from CB2.

Four handicapped persons reportedly trespassed by owner of CB2 for unsightly postures and appearances, police involved.

Fort Myers, FL; Four patrons at the Chicago Boys 2 restaurant & bar on US-41, otherwise known as "CB2," were trespassed by the owner of the facility Friday night while they were attending a live music event at the popular bar & grill. Three of them displayed symptoms of possible autism, the fourth was in a wheelchair reportedly due to back problems. According to sources, the Lee County Sheriff was called to the restaurant by the owner, described as a white male, about mid-late 50s in age, heavyset build with long hair in a ponytail and a bushy mustache, where the four handicapped patrons were watching the music. All four were then escorted out and away from the facility where they were trespassed by the police and the owner for "unsightly postures and appearances."
