Fort Myers, FL; A Cape Coral man with Down's Syndrome was trespassed from the Treehouse Rooftop Lounge and Bar at Bell Tower Shops by the management with involvement of the Fort Myers Police Department.
Several patrons claimed the man with Down's Syndrome did nothing wrong or disruptive, but was still trespassed anyway and escorted off the premises of the facility.
